What does full-width mean?
ガ is one full-width Katakana character. Its half-width form, ｶﾞ, uses a separate voicing mark. Look for 全角カタカナ (full-width) or 半角カタカナ (half-width) beside the field.
Does Furigana mean Hiragana?
Check the field instructions and example, not just its label. If it asks for ひらがな, choose Hiragana. If it asks for カタカナ, choose Katakana.
